Giving Back to the Community
One of Tom Warden’s core beliefs is to share and give back to the communities where we work and live. Like most families we work with, giving back is part of who we are and what we stand for.

We are actively involved with charitable and educational organizations in the Milwaukee community. We give back through financial contributions, volunteer work and by mentoring students. Some current efforts include:

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee

Tom Warden is very active within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee organization. Tom serves as an organizer and team captain for the Annual Reinhart Softball Classic, a charity softball event held at Miller Park’s Halfaer Field. This year Tom’s team raised over $1100 to donate to the organization. Proceeds raised from this event have helped secure office furniture, equipment and even allowed us to sponsor the 2008 Holiday Wrap Party, an event where thousands of donated presents were wrapped by volunteers and presented to children who are less fortunate within the community.

Tom Warden is an ongoing volunteer and has taught business and educational lessons to various grade schools in the area. In response to his on-going outreach Tom was recognized as the “Friend of Education” by the Wauwatosa Education Association in 2008 for leading a student business startup at Longfellow Middle School. The startup, called PopCity, started as a small popcorn stand in the school hallway. The purpose of this project was to help the students learn and understand the different facets of starting and running a small business. The project helped these 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students develop their critical and strategic thinking processes. PopCity also helped visualize the passion for business in a few students who stood out during the process. By the end of the school year, some of the students had come up with new business ideas of their own. PopCity was a step and learning tool that might help build the next generation of Milwaukee’s business leaders.

In 2007 Tom Warden and two other CEO’s founded a nonprofit 501c3 charity to help raise awareness and to support recovery efforts for missing children. Additionally, they participate in the Annual “Fireball Run, a Race to Recover America's Missing Children”. Throughout the year teams raise funds and donate a significant amount of time and effort to make this annual two week event a success. The Fireball Run servers as a nationwide awareness campaign to help in the search for recently abducted children, and to educate and bring awareness to the public that over 2000 kids are reported missing every day. 24 children from the 2007 event and 17 children from the 2008 event have been reunited with their families.
